Da hat man eine Unzahl (3 komplette Küchen mit Miele ausgestattet) von Geräte bei diesem Geschäft gekauft und will sich um einen verlorenen Teil der ein paar Euro kostet informieren um nicht den Kundendienst anpreisen zu lassen, und dann wird zu einem gesagt, dass man in das Geschäft gehen soll, wo man das Gerät gekauft hat. Freundlicher Service sieht anders aus.
Ich werde dort sicher nichts mehr kaufen. Es gibt auch noch andere Miele Vertretungen.
The rude behavior of some employees is intolerable.
Since you have bought a myriad of (3 complete kitchens equipped with Miele) of equipment in this business and want to inform you about a lost part of a few euros to avoid the customer service, and then you are told to one in the business should go where you bought the device. Friendly service looks different.
I will certainly buy nothing there. There are also other Miele agencies.

Es gibt hier sehr nette Verkäufer, allen voran Herrn Kelz, der super berät und auch faire Preise gibt.
Der Betrieb hat auch super Techniker bzw. Monteure (Geschirrspüler)
Super, dass es in Weiz so ein tolles Geschäft gibt.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Wir werden es auch jedem WEITEREMPFEHLEN

The company also has great technicians and fitters (dishwasher)
