H	Helmuth Nussbaumer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt viele Gründe, den Reckturm zu besuchen. Zum einen das Bauwerk als solches (Eckturm der historischen Stadtbefestigung), mit Resten der Zwingermauer. Die Aussicht vom Wehrgang gefällt mir auch gut. Die im Turm befindliche Feuerwaffensammlung zieht ebenso Besucher an, viele davon aus dem Ausland. Und in jedem Stock gibt es eine Vitrine, die Spielzeug aus früheren Jahren zeigt. Ich war schon mehrere Male dort. Und finde immer wieder etwas, das für mich neu ist. There are many reasons to visit the Reckturm. On the one hand the building as such (corner tower of the historical city fortifications), with remains of the Zwingermauer. I also like the view from the battlement. The firearms collection in the tower also attracts visitors, many of them from abroad. And on each floor there is a showcase showing toys from earlier years. I've been there several times. And always find something that is new to me.

Der Herr, welcher uns die Geschichte näher brachte, war äusserst freundlich und ein wahrer Fundus an Wiener Neustadts Geschichte. Ich kann nur jedem einen Besuch hier empfehlen. We were with about 15 people making last year a guide here. The gentleman who brought us closer to the story was extremely friendly and a true wealth of Wiener Neustadt's history. I can only recommend to anyone to visit here.

Der Eigentümer und seine Frau widmen diesem Schmuckstück ihre Freizeit. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Führungen nach Vereinbarung bzw. jeden ersten Samstag im Monat sowie Tag der offenen Tür am Nationalfeiertag. Absolutely interesting museum in the Reckturm. History of Wiener Neustadt and a lot of knowledge about weapons is imparted. The owner and his wife devote their free time to this piece of jewelry. With great attention to detail. Guided tours by appointment or every first Saturday of the month and open day on the national holiday.

Sehr Empfehlenswert. Great leadership! Very friendly tower owner. Without registering and after a spontaneous call, the owner came and made a private tour with us. Highly recommended.
