Zum einen bekommt man kurz vor Weihnachten einen Strafzettel für falsch parken nach über 1 jahr mit Androhung von Mehrkosten wenn man keine Unterlassungserklärung unterschreibt und zum anderen wird auf Nachfrage per Email nicht geantwortet damit man die Zahlungsfrist überschreitet. Das härteste kommt aber noch: um dem Ärger zu entgehen war ich persönlich bei der Kanzlei und wurde an der Tür abgewimmelt, der Anwalt sei nicht im Haus. Ich soll das Schreiben einfach im vorhaus auf dem Tisch liegen lassen. Dann bekommt man nach 3 Minuten plötzlich doch eine Antwort per Email. Alles ohne persönlichen Kontakt obwohl man vor Ort im vorhaus wartet und genau weiß das jemand in der Kanzlei ist. Absolut keine feine englische Art und auch nicht den 1 Stern wert, den ich geben muss. Eine Frechheit. A very bad law firm. On the one hand, shortly before Christmas you get a parking ticket for wrong parking after more than 1 year with the threat of additional costs if you do not sign a cease and desist declaration and on the other hand there is no response to a request by email so that you exceed the payment deadline. But the hardest is yet to come: to avoid the trouble I went to the law firm personally and was told at the door that the lawyer was not in the house. I should just leave the letter on the table in front of the house. Then after 3 minutes you suddenly get an answer by email. Everything without personal contact although you are waiting on site in front of the house and you know exactly that someone is in the office. Absolutely not a fine English style and not worth the 1 star that I have to give. An impudence.

Komplett unbeantwortet zu lassen. Sehr fragwürdig und inkompetent. Am letzten Tage der Frist mal persönlich vorstellig geworden. Bis in das untere Treppenhaus durfte man als Besucher. In die Kanzlei wurde man nicht vorgelassen. Auf Anruf und Nachfrage der unbeantworteten Email bekommt man die Feiertage als Entschuldigung. -es war nicht meine Idee ? diesen Brief mit einer 14Tagesfrist zu diesem Datum zu versenden!!!! Persönliches Erscheinen und Anruf war leider notwendig um auf eine 14Tage alte Email eine Antwort zu bekommen. Für eine "renommierte" Anwaltskanzlei ein sehr schlechtes Auftreten. To supervise a Servitius extension from 11.08.2019 as a lawyer. Yes. Okay. But on December 23rd, 2020 to deliver this to the citizen and the demand from December 23rd. To leave completely unanswered. Very questionable and incompetent. Presented in person on the last day of the deadline. Visitors were allowed up to the lower stairwell. You were not admitted to the office. When you call and ask for the unanswered email, you get the holidays as an excuse. -it was not my idea ? to send this letter with a 14 day deadline on this date !!!! Personal appearance and a phone call were unfortunately necessary to get an answer to a 14-day-old email. A very bad demeanor for a "reputable" law firm.

Auch die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und professionell. Very competent advice; Questions are answered in a comprehensible manner and not just in technical jargon; Price-performance ratio absolutely within the framework. The staff are also very friendly and professional.
M	Mux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unzuverlässig, unprofessionell, unfreundlich! MitarbeiterInnen sind unfreundlich, Anwalt ist so gut wie nie erreichbar, Anfragen werden ignoriert/nicht beantwortet. Rückmeldung bekommt man nur bei hartnäckigem, mehrmaligem Nachfragen. Abmachungen werden nicht eingehalten. Mit dem Kunden wird frech und unhöflich gesprochen. Man muss um Termine kämpfen. Dienstleistungen wie Beratung oder gar Erklärung des Ablaufs (welche wohl selbstverständlich für den kostspieligen Auftrag sein sollten) fehlen gänzlich und werden bei Einfordern schnippisch abgewiesen. Corona hin oder her - im kalten und dunklen Eingangstor einen sehr wichtigen Vertrag unterzeichnen ist wohl die Höhe. Abwicklung dauert ewig. Dies ist kein Umgang mit einem zahlenden Kunden! Mir fehlen die Worte zu derartigem Verhalten. Unreliable, unprofessional, unfriendly! Employees are unfriendly, lawyers are almost never available, inquiries are ignored / not answered. You only get feedback after persistent, repeated inquiries. Agreements are not kept. Talking to the customer is rude and impolite. You have to fight for deadlines. Services such as advice or even explanation of the process (which should be a matter of course for the costly job) are completely absent and are snippetly rejected when requested. Corona or not - signing a very important contract in the cold and dark entrance gate is probably the amount. Processing takes forever. This is not dealing with a paying customer! I have no words for such behavior.
