S	Stefan J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Völlig sinnlose Organisation Die Suchfunktion auf der Homepage funktioniert nicht (so werden für Familienrecht nur 5 Anwälte angezeigt) Die erste anwaltliche Beratung ist wegen Corona eingestellt (warum - noch nie was von Telefon oder Videokonferenz gehört??) Die allgemeine Auskunft ist wenig interessiert weiterzuhelfen ("ja, die Suche geht nicht, warum weiß ich auch nicht") Completely pointless organization The search function on the homepage does not work (only 5 lawyers are displayed for family law) The first legal advice has been suspended due to Corona (why - never heard of telephone or video conference?) The general information is not interested in helping ("yes, the search does not work, I don't know why")
A	Astrid Josefi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verdient überhaupt keinen Stern. Eine reine Zeitverschwendung sich an diese Behörde zu wenden. Habe mich über eine Anwaltsfirma beschwert die mich über Monate hinweg im Glauben gelassen hatte mich zu vertreten und mir dann nach mehreren Anfragen mitteilte mich gar nicht vertreten zu können.Ein Umstand der der Firma von Anfang an bekannt war!Dadurch ist mir natürlich Schaden entstanden.Die Anwälte haben dann in einem Brief der Kammer lang und breit erklärt warum die Bearbeitung viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen habe.Damit war die Kammer zufrieden.Habe daraufhin darauf hingewiesen dass es nicht um die Bearbeitungszeit sondern um den Vorenthalt der Information geht.Antwort:Fall ist abgeschlossen.Habe dann den Präsidenten der Kammer um Stellungnahme gebeten.Keine Antwort.Es ist wohl so dass diese Institution nur zum Schutz der Anwälte existiert!Wie heißt es doch- Eine Krähe hackt der anderen kein Auge aus. Doesn't deserve a star at all. A complete waste of time to turn to this authority. I complained about a law firm that had made me believe for months that it was representing me and then, after several inquiries, informed me that it could not represent me at all. A fact that was known to the company from the start! This of course caused me damage. In a letter from the chamber, the lawyers explained long and broadly why the processing had taken a long time. The chamber was satisfied with that. They pointed out that it was not about processing time but about withholding the information. Answer: Case is closed. I then asked the President of the Chamber for an opinion. No answer. It is probably the case that this institution exists only to protect the lawyers! What is it called- a crow does not poke another eye.

L	La fleur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich bis zum geht nicht mehr. Hat nicht einmal ein stern verdient. Der Herr mit dem ich telefoniert habe, hat schnell mal paar diskriminierende aussagen von sich gegeben und wahr unglaublich frech. Also so eine Unverschämtheit habe ich selten erlebt. Ich kann nur empfehlen wenn die so herablassend und frech werden einfach auflegen. So sollte man nicht mit Menschen umgehen. Unfriendly until it is no longer possible. Didn't even deserve a star. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone quickly made a few discriminatory statements and was incredibly cheeky. I have seldom experienced such insolence. I can only recommend when they are so condescending and cheeky just hang up. This is not how you should treat people.
M	Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pünktlicher Rückruf nach Online Terminvereinbarung. Tatsächliche Hilfestellung in den 10 Minuten per Telefon war nicht wirklich gegeben. Auch war ich der Ansicht, dass die Thematik von dem sehr jungen Anwalt, nicht erfasst wurde bzw. die Erfahrung fehlte. Punctual callback after making an online appointment. Actual help in the 10 minutes by phone was not really given. I was also of the opinion that the very young lawyer did not grasp the issue or that the experience was lacking.

J	Jakob Lammel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really nice of you to offer a free first consultation but could you please note on your website that you have to pick a ticket between 8:00 and 13:00 and that there is a maximum of 30 tickets a day? I only found that information on your door, where it is quite useless.
