Mlynek geht es nur darum Prozesse möglichst in die Länge zu ziehen. Completely incompetent lawyer who doesn't even speak German. Mr. Mlynek is only interested in dragging out processes as long as possible.
J	Jurg Schu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wurde eine Honorarnote erstellt trotz eigenen Fehlverhaltens des Anwaltes. Es fehlt die nötige Professionalität um sogar ein simples Rechtsgutachten welches über eine Versicherung abgewickelt werden sollte zeitgerecht (eigene Angabe war er würde sich nach spätestens 2 Wochen melden, real tat er das jedoch erst nach über 4 Wochen und das erst nach nochmaliger Nachfrage) vorzulegen. Die klare Auftragsstellung wurde einfach ignoriert (Deckung bis 100€ bei der Versicherung einholen) und man hat einfach im Nachhinein die Rechnung mit dem Hinweis "prompt zu zahlen" an mich (jedoch sogar um 20% erhöht) weitergeleitet, da nach mehr als 4 Wochen Untätigkeit die Versicherung abgelaufen war. Zusätzlich wollte man mir erklären, dass ja ich sagen hätte müssen bei der Auftragserteilung (die klar gestellt war und worauf der Herr Rechtsanwalt sofort geantwortet hatte er würde sich "spätestens" in 2 Wochen melden), dass der Vertrag in einen Monat abläuft! Ja logisch, wenn ich geahnt hätte dass der Anwalt nicht seiner Pflicht nachkommt und sich vor Arbeitsbeginn die Deckung der Versicherung einholt und selbst seine Zeitangaben nicht einhält, dann hätte ich das sicherlich gemacht. A fee note was drawn up despite the lawyer's own misconduct. There is a lack of professionalism to even submit a simple legal opinion which should be processed by an insurance company in a timely manner (his own statement was that he would contact us after 2 weeks at the latest, but in reality he only did that after 4 weeks and only after another request). The clear order was simply ignored (get coverage of up to 100 € from the insurance company) and you simply forwarded the invoice to me afterwards with the note "to be paid promptly" (but even increased by 20%), since after more than 4 weeks Inaction the insurance had expired. In addition, they wanted to explain to me that yes I should have said when placing the order (which was made clear and to which the lawyer replied immediately - he would be in touch "at the latest" in 2 weeks) that the contract would expire in a month! Yes, of course, if I had suspected that the lawyer was not fulfilling his duty and would have obtained insurance coverage before starting work and would not have kept his time specifications, then I would certainly have done that.
