Eigentlich ein Bagatellfall, für den ich mich regelrecht genierte, aber ohne Anwalt ging das nicht. Herr Dr. Schöberl hat sich der Sache sehr kompetent und bemerkenswert faktenbasiert angenommen. Hier ging es um die bestmöglichste Lösung für mich und das ganze Drumherum wurde auf meine Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten. Hier ging es um tatsächliche Unterstützung und nicht um Geldverdienen. Herr Dr. Schöberl hat sich eingehend um alles gekümmert und legte Wert auf gute Betreuung. Die Atmosphäre in der Kanzlei ist sehr angenehm und das Personal sehr liebenswürdig - auf natürliche Art. Ich denke, dass man diese Kanzlei ganz objektiv empfehlen kann und es braucht keinem vorab das Herz in die Hose zu fallen. Wer Vorurteile gegen Anwälte hat, der kann hier sicher kuriert werden davon! I was welcomed by Dr. Schöberl represented in a comparatively small but very stressful matter, an unfortunately escalated neighborhood dispute. Actually a minor case for which I was downright embarrassed, but I couldn't do it without a lawyer. Dr. Schöberl took on the matter very competently and remarkably based on facts. This was about the best possible solution for me and everything around was tailored to my needs. This was about actual support, not making money. Dr. Schöberl took care of everything in detail and attached great importance to good support. The atmosphere in the office is very pleasant and the staff is very amiable - in a natural way. I think that you can recommend this law firm objectively and you don't need to piss your heart off beforehand. Anyone who has prejudices against lawyers can be cured of it here!

Kostic einseitig mein Vollmacht an der Kanzlei aufgelöst, ohne eine Vorsprache mit mir geschweige dass ich es weder provoziert noch verlangt habe. Ich empfinde es als Verraten an einem Mandanten der erwartet vom Anwalt die nötigen Hilfe, Beratung und kompetente juristische Beistand. Ich halte auch hierfest das ich über € 1000 an dieser Kanzlei überwiesen habe für unvollständige und unvollendete Leistungen ihrer Seite. Unfortunately, I am not at all satisfied with the law firm because in the middle of two proceedings my lawyer assigned to me liked. Kostic unilaterally dissolved my power of attorney at the office without an interview with me, let alone that I neither provoked nor demanded it. I feel it is betraying a client who expects the lawyer to provide the necessary help, advice and competent legal support. I also hold that I have transferred over € 1000 to this office for incomplete and unfinished services on their part.
