Wunderschöner Schauraum, sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert und übersichtlich. Very friendly and competent service / advice. All employees are very motivated. You can tell they know what they're talking about. Wonderful showroom, very tastefully decorated and clearly laid out.
A	Anna Zampieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir freuten uns schon ein ganzes Jahr darauf endlich die neue Geschirrwelt sehen zu können und unsere neue Küche von A-Z einzudecken. Wir lieben das Essen , Kochen auf hohem Niveau und haben gerne und oft viele Gäste eingeladen. Immer wieder mussten wir es aufschieben (Geburt 2. Kind, Baustelle vom Haus , beruflich verhindert sowie Corona). Endlich konnten meine Eltern (sind selbst berufstätig) auf beide Kinder aufpassen und mein Mann durch diverse Terminverschiebungen sich arbeitstechnisch am Nachmittag frei nehmen. Beide waren wir so glücklich endlich div. Geschirrserien finden zu können und das erste mal Zeit zu zweit zu haben usw. Doch gleich beim Eingang wurden wir gleich mal so unfreundlich empfangen. Vier Damen standen beim Empfang und fragten ganz forsch ob wir denn einen Termin hätten .. wir verneinten, „danke wir sehen uns nur um und haben im Katalog schon Geschirr rausgesucht was uns gefallen würde“. Ob uns denn klar sei dass um 17.00 geschlossen wird (es war 16.25!!) Die Stimmung war so schlecht und gleich bei unserer Geschirrserie angekommen standen 2 der Damen dort und tuschelten nur .. ich wollte eigentlich sofort wieder fahren aber mein Mann meinte das wird schon wir schauen jetzt mal durch. Wirklich voll schön geworden , und wirklich top Präsentation. Leider kam dann eine Vielzahl an Leuten (Schulung?) runter und es war vorbei mit dem durchsehen da diese sich genau in bei dem von uns ausgewählten Geschirr aufhielten ?..kurz vor 5 entschlossen wir uns dann zu fahren hatte so einfach keinen Sinn und wir fühlten uns einfach total Fehl am Platz. Leider ohne Geschirr. Wir waren wirklich richtig enttäuscht weil das Personal (eine gewisse Dame) so unfreundlich war und das den lang ersehnte Besuch einfach so zu nichte machte. Sehr sehr schade. We have been looking forward to finally seeing the new world of tableware for a whole year and stocking up on our new kitchen from A-Z. We love the food, cooking at a high level and we gladly and often invited many guests. Again and again we had to postpone it (birth of a second child, building site from the house, professionally prevented and Corona). Finally my parents (they work themselves) were able to take care of both children and my husband was able to take time off work in the afternoons by postponing various appointments. We were both so happy to finally be able to find various tableware series and to have time for two for the first time, etc. But right at the entrance we were greeted in such an unfriendly manner. Four women were standing at the reception and asked very briskly if we had an appointment .. we said no, "thanks, we're just looking around and have already picked out dishes in the catalog that we would like". Whether it was clear to us that it would be closed at 5 p.m. (it was 4:25 p.m. !!) The mood was so bad and when we arrived at our tableware series, 2 of the women stood there and just whispered .. I actually wanted to drive again immediately but my husband said it would we're already looking through it now. Really beautiful, and really great presentation. Unfortunately, a large number of people (training?) Came down and it was over with looking through because they were exactly in the dishes we had selected ?..Shortly before 5 we decided to drive so simply had no sense and we We just felt totally out of place. Unfortunately without dishes. We were really really disappointed because the staff (a certain lady) was so unfriendly and that made the long-awaited visit just so impossible. What a pity.

I strašno su ne ljubazni mislim na šefa koji liči na arapina.... I came in the morning, was the only truck. they gave me an unloading ramp and they didn't want to unload 10 pll. They asked for an announcement of arrival. And they are terribly unkind I mean the boss who looks like an Arab ....

Da kauft man viel lieber als in Möbelhäusern! Gerne wieder! Top selection and, above all, the beautifully designed showroom in the new building, the employees are trained down to the smallest details and, above all, very courteous. You'd rather shop there than in furniture stores! Gladly again!
