Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer Gaststätte, um vor der Oper noch etwas zu essen. Vor dem Haus sind ab 18:00 Uhr kostenfreie Parkplätze und zu Fuß sind es nur 10 Minuten bis zu den Festspielen. Die Küche ist absolut empfehlenswert mit einem tollen Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Gemütlicher Außenbereich ruhig unter schönen Ahornbäumen. Insider tip for festival visitors. Super friendly guest house with local cuisine. We were looking for a place to eat before the opera. There is free parking in front of the house from 6:00 p.m. and the festival is only a 10-minute walk away. The kitchen is absolutely recommendable with a great price-performance ratio. Cozy outdoor area quietly under beautiful maple trees.

Die Portionen waren Üppig und der Preis nicht all zu teuer! Am Muttertag könnte man sogar ein Sondermenü mit drei Gänge wählen. Für Kinder werden Mahlbücher gebracht und dass Essen schnell serviert! The service was very nice, we were allocated our reserved space quickly and friendly. The drinks were quickly picked up and brought. The portions were generous and the price was not too expensive! On Mother's Day you could even choose a special three-course menu. For children, meal books are brought and that food is served quickly!

K	Katharina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren auf einer Vorarlberg Reise und dachten uns wir gehen in ein Lokal, welches im Internet vom Ambiente sehr schön ausgesehen hatte und nicht sehr teuer war. Naja wir kamen am Lokal an und wunderten uns, dass die Bilder im Internet andere waren als die Räume die in dem Lokal vorhanden waren. Naja wir dachten uns dann auch nicht wirklich was dabei weil das Essen und der Service ja das Ausschlaggebende sein sollte. Hier leider zum Negativen. Wir hatten bestellt und die junge Kellnerin war etwas eigenartig, sie machte den Eindruck, als hätte sie nicht wirklich Lust auf den Job. Der Chef des Hauses ging auch sehr Froh mit ihr um, was natürlich ein schlechtes Bild abgibt. Auch auf den Chef ? Nichts desto trotz war das Essen gut. Dennoch kam der Chef nicht darauf klar, dass wir unsere Portion nicht zu Ende gegessen hatten obwohl wir ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen hatten dass das Essen gut war!! Sollte ich jemals wieder in Bregenz sein wird mich dieses Lokal nicht mehr sehen. Ich war schon oft in Gaststuben in Bregenz und auch Dornbirn der Service hatte mich und meine Begleitung echt negativ aus den Socken gehauen. Were on a trip to Vorarlberg and thought we'd go to a restaurant that looked very nice on the internet and wasn't very expensive. Well, we arrived at the restaurant and were surprised that the pictures on the internet were different from the rooms in the restaurant. Well, we didn't really think about it because the food and the service were supposed to be the deciding factors. Here unfortunately for the negative. We had ordered and the young waitress was a bit quirky, she seemed like she didn't really care for the job. The head of the house was also very happy with her, which of course gives a bad picture. Also to the boss ? Nonetheless, the food was good. However, the chef didn't realize that we hadn't finished our portion, although we had expressly pointed out that the food was good!! Should I ever be in Bregenz again, I won't see this place again. I've often been to guest rooms in Bregenz and Dornbirn too, the service really knocked my socks off my feet and my companion.
M	Manfred Kätzler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren heute spontan wieder einmal im Reblaus (das Lokal hatte zwischenzeitlich einen anderen Namen, mittlerweile hat sich der aktuelle Betreiber wieder auf "alte Werte" besonnen). Hatten jeweils einen hervorragenden Salatteller mit Putenstreifen, die wunderbar zart und sehr gut gewürzt waren. Auch der Service war sehr gut, freundlich und kompetent. Wir kommen sicher wieder, zumal wir sogar in der Nähe wohnen..... Danke! Spontaneously went to phylloxera again today (the restaurant had a different name in the meantime, meanwhile the current operator has returned to "old values"). Each had an excellent salad plate with turkey strips that were wonderfully tender and very flavorful. The service was also very good, friendly and competent. We'll be back for sure, especially since we even live nearby ..... Thank you!
