Update 26.07.2021: Heizkosten für 74 m2 Wohnung von €120/Monat, dazu jährliche Nachzalung von €600.
Persönlich Gespräch war nur 1x (5 min), viele Emails und Anrufe wurden einfach ignorriert. Sehr sehr unprofessionell und nicht empfehlenswert.
 Arrogant, not helpful and also not competent as a property manager: do you have a problem? Realkanzlei Wutzl says: If something doesn't fit, just move.
Update 07/26/2021: heating costs for a 74 m2 apartment of € 120 / month, plus annual payment of € 600.
Personal conversation was only 1x (5 min), many emails and calls were simply ignored. Very, very unprofessional and not recommended.
