Eine Überprüfung in der Werkstätte ergab, dass die Fahrzeugbatterie nicht mehr genügend Spannung erzeugt, sodass die Start-Stopp Funktion nicht mehr ausgeführt wird. Eine Erneuerung der Batterie kostet € 340,--. Eine Anfrage bei der Versicherung ergab, dass dies jedoch nicht im Leistungsumfang ist und eine Erneuerung der Batterie nicht gedeckt ist. Streng genommen dürfte ich für mein Fahrzeug jetzt nicht einmal mehr das Pickerl bekommen. Danke liebe Garant Versicherung, dass Sie mein Geld genommen haben, mich jetzt im Versicherungsfall aber im Regen stehen lassen!!!! A check in the workshop showed that the vehicle battery no longer generates enough voltage so that the start-stop function is no longer performed. A replacement of the battery costs € 340, -. An inquiry with the insurance company revealed that this is not included in the scope of services and that a replacement of the battery is not covered. Strictly speaking, I shouldn't even get the sticker for my vehicle anymore.
