Ich habe vorher schon den ein oder anderen Albtraum bei anderen Anbietern erlebt. Bei ready2order habe ich stattdessen eine ausführliche Beratung bekommen, man hat sich wirklich Zeit für mich und meine Fragen genommen. Das System funktioniert zuverlässig und ist einfach zu bedienen! Eine absolute Empfehlung! I've been a ready2order customer for about half a year now and couldn't be happier about this decision! I've had one or two nightmares with other providers before. At ready2order I got detailed advice instead, they really took the time for me and my questions. The system works reliably and is easy to use! An absolute recommendation!

Ich würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen. We are completely satisfied with the POS system. We haven't had it long, but it's easy to understand and use, and affordable! I would recommend it anytime.

Das System ist einfach zu bedienen, und wenn man einmal nicht weiterkommen, steht einem die Hotline auf einfache Weise ohne große Kosten zur Verfügung. Ich muss auch nicht lange in der Warteschlange warten, was ein Plus ist Absolutely great service!! The system is easy to use and if you ever get stuck, the hotline is readily available at no great cost. I also don't have to wait long in line which is a plus

Es werden Rückrufe versprochen, die auch nach einem Tag nicht getätigt werden, zuvor aber wird man falsch verbunden - scheinbar kennt sich hier niemand richtig aus. Unter Support verstehe ich etwas anderes!! Schwache Leistung!! Definitiv werden wir uns ein neues Kassasystem suchen mit einem besseren Support. Bad support! Unfortunately I can only agree with the other reviews. Callbacks are promised, which are not made even after a day, but before that you are connected incorrectly - apparently nobody really knows their way around here. Under support I mean something else! Poor performance!! We will definitely look for a new checkout system with better support.

Today app stopped working during busy hours with "No Internet connection error" even-though my internet connection is working fine. No response from Customer support. No more renewal for this year.

They answer your questions anytime any day! It is so simple to use! I love it and we highly recommend it!
