Friendly, but not particularly competent (broker apparently did not know or did not want to know the development plan, misrepresented the owner of the neighboring property, proposed structural changes that no municipality in the district concerned would accept ...).
K	Karl H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe eine Anfrage E-Mail gesendet und bekam eine ausführliche Beschreibung der Liegenschaft. Sogar bei einem Problem bemühte sich der Chef um Klarstellung. Einzig die Freundlichkeit ist nicht so wie ich es gewohnt bin. Es können überall einmal Fehler passieren, oder die Technik funktioniert nicht so wie es sein soll. Z.B.: A1 hatte Probleme und entschuldigte sich bei Ihren Kunden mit Freieinheiten. Gebe trotzdem 5 Sterne, da trotz der Schwierigkeit, eine Lösung Angeboten wurde. Die umfassende Beschreibung der Liegenschaft ist ausgezeichnet. I emailed a request and received a detailed description of the property. The boss even tried to clarify one problem. Only the friendliness is not what I am used to. Errors can happen anywhere, or the technology does not work as it should. E.g .: A1 had problems and apologized to her customers with free units. Still give it 5 stars, because despite the difficulty, a solution was offered. The comprehensive description of the property is excellent.
