Wem es zu lange dauert, bis sich ein Käufer für das Geschäft mit seinem Re/Max-Makler findet, der kann diesem auch eigens gefundene Interessenten (ohne aktiv gemachte "Präsentation am Markt" selbstredend, denn die macht in der Vertragslaufzeit nur der Makler) problemlos persönlich weitereleiten. Die Makler kommunizieren mit Handy und WhatsApp. Man muss diese eigens gefundenen Interessenten nicht mit den Worten "Das geht jetzt nur noch über meinen Makler" zurückweisen oder auf unbestimmte Zeit in die Zukunft verweisen. Zudem verliert ein Interessent meiner Beobachtung nach nur einen geringen Betrag an die Makler-Vermittlung, der Makler verdient sowieso am Verkäufer. Die beste Erfahrung habe ich als Verkäufer diesbezüglich mit dem Leiter des Re/Max Makler-Büros, Glorietteallee, Hrn. Knebelreiter gemacht. Der Verdienst des Maklers durch mich wurde sogar angepaßt an mein Spezialangebot, das ich einem Interessent mit Vermittlung über den Makler gemacht hatte. Somit war auch ich als Verkäufer hernach sehr zufrieden. Auch die kleinen Dinge wie Ortsgemeindekontakt/Müllabfuhr-Abmeldung/etc machte Hr. Knebelreiter gern und kompetent. Bin sehr zufrieden. In addition, according to my observation, an interested party only loses a small amount to the brokerage agency, the broker earns from the seller anyway. As a seller, I had the best experience in this regard with the head of the Re / Max brokerage office, Glorietteallee, Mr. Knebelreiter. The broker's earnings through me were even adjusted to my special offer that I had made to a prospective customer through the broker. So I, as a seller, was also very satisfied afterwards. Even the little things like local congregation contact / garbage disposal-cancellation / etc made Mr. Knebelreiter gladly and competently. I am very pleased.
