Die Abwicklung rund um den Verkauf meiner Eigentumswohnung war höchst professionell, ich wurde immer sehr gut beraten und laufend über alles informiert. Am Eingang ein uninformierter Mitarbeiter der keine Frage beantworten konnte und oben wurde man kurz durchgeschleust dass man bloß wieder gleich abhaut. Immerhin wurde am Tag drauf schon das digitale Angebotsverfahren eröffnet. Also ganz ehrlich, bei diesen maßlos überzogenen Provisionen, kann man auch als Kaufinteressent mehr erwarten. Ärgerlich um die Zeit. First contact, synopsis and phone call were okay. The viewing appointment was really an unworthy peasant theater. One hour for 15 interested parties. At the entrance an uninformed employee who couldn't answer any questions and upstairs you were briefly passed through so that you just leave again. After all, the digital offer procedure was opened the next day. In all honesty, with these excessively excessive commissions, you can expect more as a prospective buyer. Annoying about the time.
