R	Roland Himmler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma RaWa-Bau GmbH wurde uns empfohlen, und nach langem Vergleichen verschiedener Anbieter haben wir uns für sie entschieden. Wir haben diese Entscheidung nie bereut!! Die Arbeiter waren sehr geschickt und fleißig, und der Polier hat von Anfang bis zum Schluss ein flottes Tempo vorgegeben, selber ordentlich angepackt und nebenbei noch die anderen Gewerke wie Erdbau und Betonlieferungen zeitlich eingetaktet. Dass die Ausführung Mängelfrei ist haben uns (von uns gestellte) Sachverständige bestätigt. Die Termin- und Preistreue war auch gegeben. Mit dem Chef hatten wir von Anfang an eine gute Vertrauens- und Gesprächsbasis und konnten unser Projekt gemeinsam planen. Auch die Bautechniker waren äußerst erfahren und kompetent. Das war insbesondere wichtig da unser Keller im Grundwasser steht und zu 100 Prozent dicht werden musste. Jetzt nach 2 Jahren kann ich sagen, dass mein Keller technisch dicht ist und das anstehende Grundwasser dort bleibt wo es hingehört ;) Ich kann daher die Firma RaWa-Bau jedem Häuselbauer nur empfehlen. Meine Erfahrung ist dass von Anfang bis zum Schluss alles gepasst hat!! The company RaWa-Bau GmbH was recommended to us, and after a long comparison of different providers, we decided on it. We have never regretted this decision !! The workers were very skilful and hard-working, and the foreman set a brisk pace from start to finish, did a good job himself and also timed the other trades such as earthworks and concrete deliveries. Experts (provided by us) have confirmed that the execution is free of defects. Adherence to deadlines and prices was also given. We had a good basis of trust and conversation with the boss right from the start and were able to plan our project together. The construction technicians were also extremely experienced and competent. This was particularly important because our basement is in the groundwater and had to be 100 percent leakproof. Now after 2 years, I can say that my basement is technically tight and the groundwater is staying where it belongs;) I can therefore only recommend RaWa-Bau to every house builder. My experience is that everything worked out from start to finish !!
