★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Die zwei Sterne gelten den Monteuren, die sehr verlässlich sind und die Arbeit gut machen. Organisation, Terminabsprache und Verlässlichkeit ist ansonsten Mangelware. Versprechungen, dass Termine einen Tag vorher noch bestätigt werden, werden nicht gehalten ebenso Telefontermine. Immer muss mit Nachdruck nachgefragt werden. Rückmeldungen auf Schriftverkehr bleibt gerne aus. Hier scheint in der Planung bzw. der Organisation etwas schief zu laufen. Schade.
Unfortunately, no good experiences. The two stars are for the mechanics who are very reliable and do a good job. Organization, scheduling and reliability is otherwise in short supply. Promises that appointments will be confirmed the day before are not kept as telephone appointments. There must always be strong demand. Feedback on correspondence remains happy. Something seems to go wrong in the planning or the organization. Too bad.
