★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Aufrichtiges Mitgefühl der Familie Schödelbauer! Leider bin ich sehr unzufrieden mit dem Kundenservice. Die Mitarbeiter stehen ohne Terminvereinbarung vor der Haustüre und wollen den Kamin kehren. Sie machen einem auch noch Vorwürfe, das man zuletzt der Kehrung nicht zusagte. Es gibt Menschen, die tagsüber nicht zu Hause sitzen und warten, bis jemand anklingelt... Ohne Terminvereinbarung fahren die Leute auf gut Glück im Kreis. Vll. sollte man sich ein wenig an die modernen Zeiten anpassen.
 My sincere condolences to the Schödelbauer family! Unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. The employees stand on the doorstep without making an appointment and want to clean the fireplace. They also reproach you for not agreeing to the return in the end. There are people who don't sit at home during the day and wait for someone to ring the bell ... Without making an appointment, people go around in circles for good luck. Vll. one should adapt a little to the modern times.
