- Beratung im Büro: Man wird freundlich empfangen, zu einem Kaffee eingeladen und kann sich in angenehmer Atmosphäre beraten lassen.
- Korrespondenz: Telefonisch ist im Büro immer jemand erreichbar und kann einem weiterhelfen. Man wird nie abgewimmelt.
- Durchführung: Die Arbeiter waren immer freundlich, pünktlich und sauber. Sie sind kompetent und wissen, was sie tun.
- Wartezeit: Leider kam es zu einer etwas längeren Wartezeit, bis die Arbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Das wurde von der Firma von Anfang an allerdings klar kommuniziert und nie bestritten oder verheimlicht. Die gute Auftragslage spricht ja auch irgendwo für das Unternehmen.

- Advice in the office: You are welcomed in a friendly manner, invited to a coffee and can get advice in a pleasant atmosphere.
- Correspondence: Someone can always be reached by phone in the office and can help. You are never put off.
- Implementation: The workers were always friendly, punctual and clean. They are competent and know what they are doing.
- Waiting time: Unfortunately, there was a slightly longer waiting time before the work was carried out. However, this was clearly communicated by the company from the start and never denied or concealed. The good order situation speaks for the company somewhere.
