In my case, I did a volunteering and it was awesome. People is so friendly, you can join the meditations and learn more about the culture.
Do not think twice to come here, wheteher you are willing to volunteer or take a seminar!

The old-style fully renovated building, filled with Tibetan Buddhism symbols and equipped with everything you may need to enjoy your stay, creates dynamic and productive atmosphere for your practice, learning, and engagement. It's not easy to describe the whole range of experiences the place offers - not to mention delicious food - I'm so delighted I've discovered it and happy to recommend it for visiting, exploring, and enjoying Gomde.
