Hinzu kam dann noch: -Gabelservice -Ölpumpe erneuern -neues Kupplungsseil -Drosseln auf 45km/h Dafür habe ich ca. 380 Euro bezahlt. Was wurde gemacht: Nix bis auf die Drosselung Die Gabel rinnt immer noch komplett aus und meine Ölpumpe hab ich ausbauen können, da sie immer noch kaputt war. Man sah deutlich, dass dies noch die Alte war. Für das hab ich fast 1 Woche warten müssen. Echt traurig, wie die ihr Geld verdienen! Lieber ins Zweiradcenter, was solche Sachen angeht! Then there was also: -Fork service -Replace the oil pump -new clutch cable -Throttle to 45km / h I paid around 380 euros for this. What was done: Nothing except for the throttling The fork is still running out completely and I was able to remove my oil pump because it was still broken. You could see clearly that this was still the old one. I had to wait almost a week for that. It's really sad how they earn their money! Better to go to the two-wheel center for things like that!

Alles wurde gemacht, sogar auch noch gereinigt und vom Staub befreit. Da wir unsere Motorräder in Berlin über ein Jahr lang in der Garage gelagert hatten, hatte ich 3 Wochen zuvor noch angerufen, dass wir für unseren anstehenden Italien Urlaub noch ein Service brauchen. Montags wie abgesprochen hingebracht, Mittwoch alles fertig und abholbereit. Anbei noch ein Foto mit unseren Motorrädern vom Italien Urlaub. Hat alles super geklappt und kommen gerne wieder. Perfect KTM service with renewed mobility guarantee. We brought our 2 Duke 690 motorcycles to Rameis for service and are super satisfied. Everything was done, even cleaned and freed from dust. Since we had stored our motorcycles in the garage in Berlin for over a year, I had called 3 weeks earlier that we still needed a service for our upcoming vacation in Italy. Delivered on Mondays as agreed, on Wednesday everything is ready and ready to be picked up. Enclosed a photo with our motorcycles from the Italy vacation. Everything worked out great and would love to come back.

Rameis mir von einem guten Freund empfohlen wurde muss ich sagen, dass ich begeistert bin. Ab der Beratung bis hin zur Reparatur fühlte ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich kann diese Werkstatt mit ruhigen Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Sympathisch, professionell und ganz wichtig, freundlich, nett und ehrlich. Since I am usually rather tricky when choosing my motorcycle workshop for my babies and the Rameis company was recommended to me by a good friend, I have to say that I am thrilled. From the consultation to the repair, I felt that I was in very good hands. I can recommend this workshop with a clear conscience.
