Es hat viel mehr wehgetan als nötig weil einfach teilweise das wachs hart geworden ist und die haut nicht gestraft wurde ... als ich aufgestanden bin war ich super enttäuscht weil überall wirklich noch haare sind, als ich es ihr sagte war sie super genervt und hat mich einen Aufpreis zahlen lassen. Und trotzdem nachbehandeln bemerkte ich zu Hause das sie ganze stellen teilweise vergessen hat, nie wieder Ralu! Unfortunately not recommendable ... It hurt much more than necessary because just the wax got hard and the skin was not punished ... When I got up I was really disappointed because there are still hairs everywhere, as I told her she was really annoyed and made me pay extra. And still after treatment, I noticed at home that she has completely forgotten, never again Ralu!

Sie arbeitet schnell, gründlich und ist dabei sehr diskret. Außerdem ist sie eine sehr sympathische Kosmetikerin, hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und bin nun Dauergast:-) I think the price-performance ratio is great, their flexible schedules are very suitable for my working hours and children. She works fast, thoroughly and is very discreet. In addition, she is a very sympathetic beautician, I felt very comfortable and am now a permanent guest :-)

Die Gesichtsbehandlung tat jedes Mal meiner Haut sehr gut, es werden Produkte verwendet, die der Haut spürbar und sichtbar gut tun, es ist im Kosmetik Studio eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, mit schöner Musik, welche leise im Hintergrund spielt, entspannend, wohltuend. Die Kosmetikerin ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Ich war auch mehrmals bei ihr als Visagistin, zB Make Up für Fototermine oder für die Bühne, und werde nächstes Mal wieder zu ihr gehen. Höchste Professionalität mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, und schöner menschlicher Umgang mit den Kund*Innen. Ich empfehle Ralu Kosmetik gerne weiter. I have been a customer of Ralu cosmetics for years and have always been very satisfied. The facial every time did my skin very well, it uses products that do the skin noticeably and visibly good, it is in the cosmetics studio a very pleasant atmosphere, with beautiful music, which plays softly in the background, relaxing, soothing. The beautician is very helpful and friendly. I also visited her several times as a make-up artist, eg make-up for photo appointments or for the stage, and I'll go back to see her next time. Highest professionalism with very good price-performance ratio, and nice human interaction with the customers. I like to recommend Ralu cosmetics.

Ich war jetz 3 mal zum waxing dort.. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist einfach top. Ich habe die Preise mit anderen Kosmetik Studios verglichen und überall sind die Preise fürs waxen um einiges teurer,... I can recommend Ralu cosmetics with a clear conscience. Mrs. Ralu is a very nice person and makes every treatment perfect. I was now 3 times to waxing there .. The value for money is just great. I have compared the prices with other cosmetics studios and everywhere the prices for the waxen are a lot more expensive, ...

Ich freue mich, dass ich endlich Ralu Kosmetik gefunden habe. Die Qualität des Wachses ist toll und die Technik, die sie verwendet, ist super! Die Besitzerin ist super nett und hat den besten Preis in Graz! Ich mache seit Monaten regelmäßig Waxing und Augenbrauen dort und bin sehr zufrieden! Simply the best!! I'm from Brazil and I have to say it was VERY difficult to find a good waxing place here. I am happy that I finally found Ralu Cosmetics. The quality of the wax is great and the technique she uses is awesome! The owner is super nice and has the best price in Graz! I've been doing waxing and eyebrows there regularly for months and I'm very satisfied!
