Bei Auftrag wird einem gleich ehrlich gesagt, dass es länger dauern wird (Familienunternehmen, Sehr gut gebucht). Mittlerweile dauert es ca 4 Monate, bis er freie Termine hat. Die wartet man aber gerne, die Qualität passt :).
Er beratet auch super und wenn er etwas als nicht gut empfindet, sagt er es auch. Er liefert alternative Vorschläge (auch wenn er daran nicht verdient).
Trotz sehr guter Auftragslage ist er stets ein Familienunternehmen ohne Fremdangestellte geblieben.

When you get an order, you are told honestly that it will take longer (family business, very well booked). It now takes about 4 months until he has free appointments. But you like to wait, the quality is right :).
He also gives great advice and if he feels something is not good, he also says it. He provides alternative suggestions (even if he doesn't make money from them).
Despite a very good order situation, it has always remained a family business without external employees.
