★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde immer wieder, dass die Mitarbeiter, besonders im Backoffice, bzw. Business-Kundenservice äusserst unfreundlich und kaltschnäuzig sind. Wenn man auf eine Inkompetenz aufmerksam macht, oder eine Bitte hat, die nicht alltäglich ist, kann es sein, dass man mit einer unfreundlichen Wurschtigkeit und Unfreundlichkeit gepaar auf Ablehnung stößt. Bin immer wieder überrascht wie man hier mit Kunden umgeht.
I always find that the employees, especially in the back office or business customer service, are extremely unfriendly and cold-tempered. If you draw attention to an incompetence, or have a request that is not commonplace, it can be that you encounter rejection paired with an unfriendly sobriety and unfriendliness. I'm always surprised how you deal with customers here.
