In dieser Zeit fand das gesamte Programm statt, das ein Unternehmen so erleben kann: Innovation, Boom, Expansion, Investition, Markteinbruch, Schlitzohrigkeiten von anderen Geschäftspartnern, neue Märkte, Zahlungsausfälle, Behördenwillkür, ...... In der ganzen Zeit habe ich mit dieser Bank immer einen Gesprächspartner gehabt, mit dem ich individuelle Lösungen entwickeln konnte. Dazu braucht ein Finanzinstitut zwei "Offline-Tools": Zuhören und Empathie. Beides ist im Hause in erfreulichem Maße vorhanden.
 I have been a customer for 16 years, 2 months and 2 days. During this time, the entire program that a company can experience took place: innovation, boom, expansion, investment, market collapse, rascals from other business partners, new markets, payment defaults, arbitrariness by the authorities, ...... The whole time I have I always had someone to talk to with this bank, with whom I could develop individual solutions.
