ā ā ā ā ā Ich bin froh, dass es noch eine Bankfiliale im Ort gibt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Vor allem der junge Mann mit der Brille. Er ist sehr hƶflich, fleissig aber hat auch immer einen Witz parat. Ich komme sehr gerne hin.
I'm glad there's another bank branch in town. All staff are very friendly. Especially the young man with the glasses. He is very polite, hardworking but always has a joke ready. I love coming.

ā ā ā ā ā Do not withdraw from here. They will charge you 4.95 for withdrawal and don't even warn you that they are going to charge you. That's the worst part.

One day I wanted to withdraw money from an ATM in another country. I was told by the bank that my daily limit for withdrawing money from an ATM is 400 euros. I was only able to withdraw 200 euros this day, so I called to the bank to ask why I cannot withdraw the other 200 euros. The person talking to me on the phone said "I do not know". Guess what you people.
Even though I had a lot of money on the debit card, on the next day I was not even able to withdraw any money out. My daily limit was 400 euros, and I was not able to withdraw a single euro. The people are doing a really poor job and are being unhelpful to me by not being able to tell me why my card is not working.
These people are just leaving me isolated with problems and frustration sticking around my head. Not impressed.
