★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing service - I wanted to pay a €25 local parking fine. Was asked to produce passport identification, which seems excessive for such a small amount. Once all my personal details were introduced in the system I was told that it was not possible to pay by card and was advised to take cash from the on-site ATM for payment. While the teller lady was polite, the experience felt more like banking in the 1990s than banking in 2022.
