Ergo ist die ganze Filliale telefonisch nicht erreichbar. The tape announcement repeats itself over and over again after a choice has been made with the telephone button, the tape starts again from the beginning and you end up with the department selection again. Denke die Neukundenakquisition ist für die Banken dann relativ einfach und ob's überhaupt welche wollen, ist auch so eine Frage. Termin für eine Kontoeröffnung? Sollte eigentlich in 3 Minuten erledigt sein. Mit Tratschen und Kaffee 5 Minuten. Und wenn der MA einen gebrochenen Arm hat dann dauert es vielleicht 10 Minuten. Die Filiale kann überhaupt denke ich noch Froh sein, wenn Leute vorbeikommen. Difficult to become a customer there. I didn't want to impose myself any more. US $ will not be given to you when you want to change it. Very unfortunate even when they had the $bills. Even their personal reacted like they don't want to be bothered . I have asked in other bank branches of this brand, this is not common treatment of customers.
