A	Andy 89 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir ist es jetzt schon ein paar mal passiert das ich meine Geldtasche zuhause vergessen habe bis jetz war es noch nie ein Problem das ich bei einer anderen Raiffeisenbank Geld von meinen Konto abheben konnte sogar ohne jeglichen Ausweis , Bankomatkarte ( Hausbank hat einfach Kopie von Ausweis an die andre Bank gesendet ) und dann war es auch möglich . Nur hier wurde ich etwas unfreundlich abgewiesen das es ohne Bankomatkarte unmöglich sei etwas abzuheben hatte sogar einen Reisepass dabei ! It has happened to me a few times now that I have forgotten my wallet at home until now it was never a problem that I could withdraw money from my account at another Raiffeisenbank even without any ID card, bank card (house bank has a copy of ID card the other bank sent) and then it was also possible. Only here I was rejected a bit unfriendly that it is impossible to withdraw without a debit card even had a passport!

Ein etwas älterer Herr am Schalter fragte mich ob ich Kunde in der Filiale Gleisdorf sei, denn Sie dürften nur mehr Karten an Kunden verkaufen bzw. soll ich die Karten doch in meiner Filiale kaufen wo ich Kunde bin. Da ich mich heute spontan entschlossen habe zu einer Veranstaltung zu gehen macht es wenig Sinn. Es ist traurig das es kein Kundenservice in dieser Filiale gibt. (Übrigens bekommen die Raiffeisenbanken von Ö-Ticket auch einen Vorverkaufsgebühr von Ö-Ticket). Glauben die zuständigen der Filiale tatsächlich, dass man nach diesem Vorfall jemals Kunde wird, wenn man so unfreundlich behandelt wird? Eine der anderen Banken in Gleisdorf wird sich freuen, denn ich habe seit einiger Zeit einen zweiten Büro Standort in Gleisdorf und ohnehin schon mit dem Gedanken gespielt hier auch eine örtliche Bank zu wählen. Die Raiffeisenbank Gleisdorf wird es sicher nicht!!! Today I wanted to buy tickets for an event in the store Gleisdorf. A slightly older man at the counter asked me if I was a customer in the branch Gleisdorf, because you should only sell more cards to customers or should I buy the cards but in my store where I am a customer. Since I spontaneously decided to go to an event today, it makes little sense. It is sad that there is no customer service in this branch. (By the way, the Raiffeisen Banks of Ö-Ticket also get a pre-sale fee from Ö-Ticket). Do the branch managers really believe that you will ever become a customer after this incident if you are treated so rudely? Kundenservice??? 2mal nach Pischelsdorf mit der gleichen Nr. Keine Auskunft. No service in gleisdorf, called 3 times in the morning always the same number. 1 time gleisdorf was promised a call back. But no. customer service??? Twice to Pischelsdorf with the same number. No information.
