Dann verschwand Sie für 15 minuten um dss zu prüfen und um mir anschliessend zu sagen das es nicht möglich ist und es mit meinem Namen zusammen hängt. Alles klar vielen Dank für die Aufklärung. Extremely unprofessional, wanted to make a transfer even though I don't have an account at the bank. Employee said yes that is possible. Then she disappeared for 15 minutes to check the dss and then to tell me that it is not possible and that it is related to my name. All right, thank you very much for the clarification.

Es wird keine Rücksicht auf aktuelle Probleme genommen weder noch ist man in der Lage seine Kunden an zu rufen nachdem man deutlich um einen Rückruf gebeten hat! Absolut unfreundlich und Respektlos bei finanziellen Dingen und Problemen! A customer of this bank for over a decade and I have never experienced such disrespect and cheek as in the last few years at this bank! No consideration is given to current problems, nor is one able to call their customers after clearly asking for a callback! Absolutely unfriendly and disrespectful in financial matters and problems!
