★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich, obwohl man vorher anruft und es telefonisch bestätigt wird, ist es dann am Schalter doch nicht möglich ... einmal und NIE wieder.
 Staff very unfriendly, although you call beforehand and it is confirmed by phone, it is not possible at the counter ... once and NEVER again.

Withdrawing € 100 from the machine with a German credit card costs € 4.90. This is a rip off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never recommend to anyone to open a bank account with Raiffeisen bank anywhere in Austria. Unfortunately, I made this mistake. The bank has happily opened my account and taken my money, then they cancelled my internet banking without warning, now I can't access my money and can't even cancel my account. The help line said I have to go to a physical branch in Austria, in Linz they told me I can't do it just with my ID and that I need my account number. I got it and went to Leogang branch, where they "can't do anything" and are not willing to help in any way. They didn't even want to give me a phone number to call (in the end they did) and even said things like "maybe they just cancelled your whole account" (with my money!). The customer service rating is far below 0, not even worth the 1 star.
