★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit, betrifft haupsächlich die Filialen Schruns/Vandans. Keine Kommunikation untereinander. Wechsle nach 25 Jahen die Bank. Hab sowas unkompetentes noch nie erlebt!
Unfriendly and not helpful, mainly affects the Schruns / Vandans branches. No communication with each other. Change banks after 25 years. Have never experienced anything incompetent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Deutscher ist der Service und die Höflichkeit in Österreich so und so ungewohnt, das man aber auch noch super nett empfangen wird , nie weggeschickt auch ohne Termin ist schon klasse. Selbst als die Geldbörse gestohlen wurde , wurde ich sofort mit allem nötigen versorgt ohne das man erst nachfragen musste .
Klasse !!!
As a German, the service and politeness in Austria is so and so unusual, but the fact that you are received very nicely, never sent away, even without an appointment, is great. Even when the wallet was stolen, I was immediately provided with everything I needed without having to ask.
