Kein Brief und keine Infos, ohne ständig anzurufen und nachzufragen! ...richtig nervig! Unfreundliches Personal After almost 2 months of waiting and dozens of calls, they finally don't pay and you are simply dismissed. No letter and no information without constantly calling and asking! ... really annoying! Unfriendly staff

Ist aber wahrscheinlich Taktik dahinter, damit sich niemand über eine Person beschweren kann. Der Uniqa muss es wirklich schlecht gehen wenn man sich die Raiffeisen anschaut. Auf Anfragen wird äußerst unfreundlich und in forschem Tonfall geantwortet. Kann jedem Kunden nur empfehlen den Versicherer zu wechseln und jeden Geschädigten sofort zum Anwalt zu gehen umso zu seinem Recht zu kommen. Traurig, Traurig, hier gehört der VVO informiert! Very bad customer service, you don't even get a processor named in the event of a claim. But is probably tactic behind it, so that no one can complain about a person. The Uniqa must be doing really bad when you look at the Raiffeisen. Inquiries are answered extremely unfriendly and in a brisk tone.
