★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe hier beim Bankomat 80 euro Bar abgehoben, es ist aber ohne mein einverstandnis 83,95 von meinem Konto abgezogen. Unerhört.
@owner: Beim Bestätigung würde in grosse Buchstaben die Frage "80 euro mit Mastercard beheben?" gezeigt. Genau das wollte ich, daher habe ich dies Bestätigt. Darunter gibt es Tekst in kleinere Buchstaben mit der Hinweis, dass ein Entgelt von 3,95 euro entfallt. Dass kann man aber (wie mir passiert ist) einfach übersehen, da es heutzutage üblich ist den Konsumenten mit grosse mengen Kleingedrückte Nebensachen zu belasten. Hauptsachen sollen immer als Hauptsachen präsentiert werden, nicht als Nebensachen.

@owner: When confirming, the question "Eliminate 80 euros with Mastercard?" shown. That is exactly what I wanted, so I have confirmed this. Below there is text in smaller letters with the note that a fee of 3.95 euros is not applicable. But that can easily be overlooked (as happened to me), as it is common nowadays to burden the consumer with large amounts of small-press matters. Main things should always be presented as main things, not as minor things.
