Poor smoke extraction, poor lighting, acceptable working environment

Austrian company. I was out there with a Hungarian company as a welder. If you’re making one mistake you’ve already been fired, no matter how long you’ve been with them. I worked with them for 1.5 months, I spoiled 2 of the 6 ultrasonic batteries, but I didn't do it alone. An old woman with a welder named Attila worked there for 7 years. One he spoiled one myself, but he told Austrian bosses that I did it all 2 bd there, (he speaks German perfectly). I was fired for that. So shit is a place, because Hungarians are afraid of their place, so even if they make a mistake, they will anoint you so that Attila and his brother can stay. So whoever goes there for 1-2 months and you fly. In 1.5 months, 6 people left and they were all Hungarians. Austrian bosses are a bastard man. My ultrasonic charge, which became good, is a picture of this. (The Gut space was written in Hungarian by the ultrasound. I made only 1 mistake. The other one was Attila.) This is a bridge element.
