Werde eine Beschwerde bei der wko einreichen! Sehr geehrter Herr Geschäftsführer! In diesem Punkt muss ich Ihnen widersprechen, denn Ihr Mitarbeiter hat mich erst nach 5 Minuten Wartezeit zurückgerufen und nach meiner Wohnadresse nachgefragt. Daraus schließe ich, dass dieser erst nach 5 Minuten aufgebrochen ist. Als er dann nach weiteren 8 Minuten endlich ankam, äußerte er, dass es normal sei 10 Minuten auf ein Taxi zu warten. Ein großes Verkehrsaufkommen wäre mir auf unserer Fahrtstrecke nicht aufgefallen. Bei den geführten drei Telefonaten hat mir Ihr Mitarbeiter versichert er sei gleich da. Hätte er mir gleich vorab die Information gegeben, dass dieser mehr als 10 Minuten bis zu seinem Ziel braucht, hätte ich mir ein anderes Taxiunternehmen gesucht. Zumal beim vorbeifahren sogar ein Taxi am Taxistand in meiner Nähe gewartet hat. Hier liegt menschliches/organisatorisches und kein infrastrukturelles Versagen vor. Denn ihrem Mitarbeiter war es auch sichtlich egal, dass er spät dran war. I would have been faster even by bus. Waiting for 12 minutes is not standard! Then I missed my train ... Thanks for that! Will file a complaint with the wko! Dear managing director! I have to disagree with you on this point, because your employee only called me back after 5 minutes and asked for my home address. I conclude that it only started after 5 minutes. When he finally arrived after another 8 minutes, he said that it was normal to wait 10 minutes for a taxi. I would not have noticed a lot of traffic on our route. During the three telephone calls made, your employee assured me that he would be right there. If he had given me the information beforehand that it would take more than 10 minutes to reach his destination, I would have looked for another taxi company. Especially when a taxi even waited at the taxi stand near me. Here there is human / organizational and no infrastructural failure. Because her employee obviously didn't care that he was running late.
