Zwei Anfragen wegen KV und Arbeiten heuer - Keine Rückmeldung 3. Anfrage ob Interesse an o.a. Arbeit - auch wieder keine Rückmeldung, nicht einmal ein Anruf, auch keine Mail. Fazit: Nettes Erstgespräch aber dann wird man als Neukunde kalt im Regen stehen gelassen und wird nicht einmal kontaktiert. SCHADE - Firma hat offenbar kein Interesse an Neukunden 1st meeting on site with Junior Chef - very good and friendly Inquiry KV balcony renovation - that was in July 2018. 2. Two requests for KV and work this year - No feedback 3. Request for interest in o.a. Work - again no feedback, not even a call, no mail. Conclusion: Nice initial conversation but then you will be left cold as a new customer in the rain and is not even contacted. SCHADE - company apparently has no interest in new customers

Ich habe Haus gebaut und mit so manch einer Baufirma zu tun gehabt ... die meisten unbrauchbar, unzuverlässig und überteuert. Aber Herr Raab hat mich von Anfang an sehr bemüht betreut. Hat alles daran gesetzt das ich mein Bauvorhaben so umsetzten könnte wie ich es wollte und das viel schneller als erwartet. Er war immer erreichbar uns hat mich über alles notwendige schnellstmöglich informiert. Nicht nur die Vorbereitungen und die Planung war hervorragend auch die Mitarbeiter Herr Grubeck usw haben eine einwandfreie, Saubere und schnelle Arbeit geleistet. Fazit: Ich kann die Firma Raab Holzbau nur jedem empfehlen. TOP. ? I am absolutely delighted with Mr. Stefan Raab and his team. I've built houses and dealt with quite a few construction companies ... most of them unusable, unreliable, and overpriced. But Mr. Raab looked after me very hard right from the start. Did everything I could to implement my building project the way I wanted and much faster than expected. He was always available and informed me about everything I needed as quickly as possible. Not only the preparations and the planning were excellent, the employees Mr. Grubeck etc. did a flawless, clean and fast job. Conclusion: I can only recommend Raab Holzbau to everyone. TOP. ?
m	martin kordule on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Wochen auf einen Termin gewartet was ja ansich kein Problem ist, doch dann am Tag des Termines eine halbe Stunde NACH ausgemachter Uhrzeit eine Absage zu bekommen wegen Zeitmangels ist eine absolute Frechheit dem Kunden gegenüber. Muss mir wohl eine andere Firma suchen welcher auch der kleine Kunde wichtig ist. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment, which is not a problem in itself, but then getting a cancellation half an hour AFTER the agreed time on the day of the appointment because of lack of time is an absolute cheek to the customer. Must be looking for another company which is important to the small customer.

Nicht einmal ein Rückruf Offensichtlich haben sie es nicht mehr notwendig einen treuen Kunden der immer wieder Arbeiten hat und Kunden vermittelt zu betreuen. Aufgrund desssen ist Ihr Servie sehr schlecht geworden und die Empfehlung als wirlich schlecht zu bewerten.
