★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trainer Rainer Katzinger achtet konsequent auf hohes Niveau, saubere, effizient ausgeführte Techniken, bemüht sich um abwechslungsreiches & motivierendes Training. Auf Disziplin und die nötige Karate-Etikette im Verein wird konsequent Wert gelegt. Dennoch haben auch spielerische Übungen ihren Platz. Durch das Aufwärmen und Mobilisieren am Beginn der Einheiten führt standardmäßig auch der Trainer selbst. - Die Trainingsräumlichkeiten sind sehr groß, hell und sauber und gut riechend. Durch die Mitgliederzahl im Verein ergibt sich eine schöne Dynamik und wichtige Abwechslung bei den Partnerübungen. Auch wenn's oder vielleicht gerade weil es mal auch ganz schön anstrengend wird, geht man sehr motiviert raus und kommt auch gerne wieder.
Coach Rainer Katzinger consistently focuses on high standards, clean, efficient techniques, and strives for varied and motivating training. On discipline and the necessary karate etiquette in the club is consistently placed value. Nevertheless, playful exercises have their place. By warming up and mobilizing at the beginning of the sessions, the coach also performs by default. - The training facilities are very large, bright and clean and smelling good. The number of members in the club gives a nice dynamic and important variety in the partner exercises. Even if it's or maybe just because it gets pretty exhausting, you are very motivated and happy to come back.

Das Training ist wirklich 1a und ich mache dank dem tollen Trainer als auch den anderen Mitglieder auch wirklich gute Fortschritte.
I have been a satisfied member for years and can only warmly recommend the association. No matter if you are a beginner or a professional, everyone is really welcome here! The training is really great and I am making really good progress thanks to the great trainer and the other members.
