D	Dietrich Wiens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Taschen sehen hochwertige aus und füllen sich auch sehr gut, sind aber dafür natürlich rel. teuer. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. The bags look high quality and fill very well, but of course they are rel. expensive. The service was very friendly and helpful.
F	Florian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rucksäcke sind schön, meiner wurde jedoch nach einem Jahr Benutzung kaputt (abgerieben auf der Rückenunterseite). Für den Service war das Eigenverschulden und es gab keine Garantie. Nachdem ich selbst seit Anbeginn Rucksack Träger bin und keine Experimente damit mache, war meiner Ansicht nach das Material einfach zu schwach. Für einen Rucksack der nur knapp über ein Jahr hält muss ich leider 1en Stern geben, vor allem bei dem Preis. Backpacks are nice, but mine broke after a year of use (rubbed off on the underside of the back). For the service it was your own fault and there was no guarantee. Since I have been a backpack carrier myself since the beginning and have not done any experiments with it, in my opinion the material was simply too weak. For a backpack that only lasts just over a year, I unfortunately have to give the 1 star, especially for the price.
c	christoph fehringer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann mich nur den 1Stern Bewertungen anschließen - bereits nach, für einen Rucksack, kurzer Zeit hat der Zip seinen Geist aufgegeben und die Farbe des Rucksacks hat sich abgerieben, das Material ist aufgescheuert. Ich habe den Rucksack viel genutzt, aber für das Geld muss er definitiv mehr aushalten - leider doch keine Schweizer Qualität. Auf Reklamationen wurde nicht einmal ansatzweise eingegangen - keine Kaufempfehlung I can only follow the 1-star ratings - after, for a backpack, a short time ago, the Zip has given up its spirit and the color of the backpack has worn off, the material is scuffed. I have used the backpack a lot, but for the money he definitely has to endure more - unfortunately no Swiss quality. Complaints were not even begun - no purchase recommendation
P	Peter K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super kleines Geschäft und innovative Rucksäcke! Klein aber fein. Preislich eher am oberen Rand. Wegen einem der Rucksäcke werde ich nochmal vorbei kommen. Super small shop and innovative backpacks! Small but nice. Price more at the top. I will come over again because of one of the backpacks.

Tatsächlich bin ich mit einer Tasche / Rucksack wieder raus und freu mich sehr! Bedienung und Beratung war super nett, wenn die Qualität hält was sie verspricht komme ich sicher wieder!! After I saw a backpack of this brand on the subway with a lady, I absolutely had to go to this shop on the same day to have a look around. In fact, I'm back out with a bag / backpack and I'm very happy! Service and advice was super nice, if the quality keeps what it promises, I'll definitely be back!!

Q	Quy Tu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The backpacks are beautiful in design and expensive. The materials are not very good quality in that they are not hard wearing. I’ve had the bag for less than a year and the material is wearing thin from being on my back and when I contacted the company, I received a long accusatory email with the same photographs of how I can patch it up that they’ve sent to other customers. Clearly this is an ongoing quality issue that the company takes absolutely no responsibility for. There are plenty of other companies who put customers at the heart of what they do. I wouldn’t waste my time or money on the Qwstion products.
