Der Chef ist kundig in allen Themenbereichen und berät mit Herzlichkeit und Kompetenz, sein Team ist zudem fröhlich. Bücher werden auch auf Wunsch zugesandt, Bestellung ist telefonisch und per e-Mail möglich, Amazon &Co. sind also nicht nötig. Trotz zentraler Stadtlage immer Parkplätze vor der Tür. Passend zu meinen Bedürfnissen überlasse ich Herrn Tucek die Bestellung der Bücher (Sach-, Geschichtbücher für Kinder) und ich hole die Bücher ab. So ein Service mit vielfältigem Hintergrundwissen erhält man nur hier. Vielen Dank! Mr. Tucek is knowledgeable and takes care of the customers perfectly. Very personable salespeople. Great and extraordinary selection of books. The illustrations in the children's books in particular immediately catch the eye.
