T	Tanja Küttner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich schreibe hier jetzt mal eine konstruktive Kritik, so leid es mir tut aber ich kann dieses Studio leider nicht weiterempfehlen, aber es kann sich jeder selbst ein Bild davon machen. Ich hatte über Jahre Gel- bzw. Acrylnägel - meistens mit Schablone, habe aber grundsätzlich nichts gegen "geklebte" Nägel! Nach 2 Jahren "Nagelpause" wollte ich unbedingt wieder welche haben! Ich bin daher über eine Bekannte auf dieses Studio aufmerksam geworden (Sie ist keine Kundin in diesem Studio!) Ich war trotzdem neugierig und wollte dem ganzen eine Chance geben, vor allem weil es relativ neu in St. Pölten ist. Positiv - erster Gesamteindruck eigentlich sehr gut - günstig - grundsätzlich schönes Studio - anfangs nettes Gespräch - Musik - Gesamtbild der fertigen Nägel OK (den 1. Tag zumindest) Negativ - jede Kundin wird mit der selben Feile "bearbeitet" (Ich war es gewöhnt, dass jede Kundin ein eigenes Nagelset bekommt, welches dann fürs nächste mal beschriftet und aufgehoben wird) = unhygienisch - es wird zu Beginn kein Desinfektionsmittel verwendet - alle Gele, Lacke sind staubig - ob ich ein Glas Wasser möchte, wurde ich erst 15min. vor TerminEnde gefragt - 3 Nägel sind 1 Tag später bereits abgefallen, man hätte sehen müssen, dass hier das Gel noch nicht ausgehärtet war - Allgemeines KÖNNEN naja.. zum Schluss wurde nur mehr "gehudelt" = Folge siehe einen Pkt. oben - es wurde viel zu viel am Eigennagel gefeilt - AUTSCH - die UV Lampen waren sehr verschmutzt, ich habe lauter Gel-Reste fühlen können = unhygienisch - 2-maliges Telefonieren auf kroatisch (Keine lebenswichtigen Gespräche und keine kurzen Gespräche) - die letzte Stunde wurde durchgehend auf kroatisch mit einem Bekannten, der vorbei kam, lautstark ausschließlich auf kroatisch gesprochen = ich habe KEIN WORT verstanden und es war recht unangenehm - am Schluss kam es mir regelrecht vor als würde man mich schnell los haben wollen, vermutlich weil ich keinen Folgetermin ausmachen wollte - wurde als potentieller Neukunde einfach abgespeist - Update 1 Woche später = alle Nägel ab, Naturnagel sehr schlechter Zustand Sehr sehr sehr sehr!!!! viel Verbesserungsbedarf. Da gibt es im Umkreis WEIT bessere und kompetenter Nagelstudios/designerinnen. Schade! I'm going to write a constructive review here, I'm sorry, but unfortunately I can't recommend this studio to others, but everyone can get an idea of it for themselves. For years I had gel or acrylic nails - mostly with a template, but I have nothing against "glued" nails! After 2 years of "nail break" I really wanted to have some again! I therefore became aware of this studio through a friend (she is not a customer in this studio!) I was still curious and wanted to give it a chance, especially because it is relatively new in St. Pölten. positive - First overall impression is actually very good - Cheap - basically nice studio - nice conversation at first - music - Overall picture of the finished nails OK (at least the 1st day) negative - Each customer is "processed" with the same file (I was used to the fact that each customer receives their own nail set, which is then labeled and kept for the next time) = unhygienic - no disinfectant is used at the beginning - all gels, varnishes are dusty - if I want a glass of water, I didn't know until 15 minutes. Asked before the end of the appointment - 3 nails have already fallen off 1 day later, you should have seen that the gel had not yet hardened here - General CAN well .. at the end it was only "huddled" = result see a point above - Far too much was filed on one's own nail - OUCH - the UV lamps were very dirty, I could feel a lot of gel residues = unhygienic - Two calls in Croatian (no vital conversations and no short conversations) - The last lesson was continuously spoken in Croatian with a friend who came by, loudly only in Croatian = I did NOT understand a WORD and it was quite uncomfortable - In the end it really seemed to me as if someone wanted to get rid of me quickly, probably because I didn't want to make a follow-up appointment - was simply fobbed off as a potential new customer - Update 1 week later = all nails off, natural nail in very bad condition Very very very very !! much room for improvement. There are FAR better and more competent nail salons / designers in the area. Pity!
