After complaining, this was made up for but also tough as pie, no willingness to accept, so happened to my father, ergo 2 customers less
P	Peter Pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleine Reparaturarbeiten - Unangemessen Rechnung Eigentlich haben wir schon vorab einem Service Techniker der Quasnitschka Haustechnik GmbH mitgeteilt welches Ventil defekt ist. Daraufhin kam ein Servicetechniker und bestätigte den Defekt und bestellt das Bauteil. Dasselbe Bauteil wurde schon vor ein paar Jahren von der selbe Firma getauscht. Danach wurde versucht per Telefonkonferenz zwischen Servicetechnikern der Firma Quasnitschka das bestellte Ersatzteil einzubauen, natürlich war dies Zeitlich ein riesen Aufwand. Schon die Bemerkung des Servicetechnikers "Eigentlich kennt sich da nur mein Kollege aus..." machte uns stutzig. Leider sind wir dann bei der Rechnung aus allen Wolken gefallen, leider können wir die Firma Quasnitschka Haustechnik Gmbh aufgrund diesen Umgangs mit Kunden nicht weiterempfehlen. Small repairs - Inappropriate accounting We actually told a service technician at Quasnitschka Haustechnik GmbH in advance which valve was defective. Then a service technician came and confirmed the defect and ordered the component. The same component has been replaced a few years ago by the same company. Thereafter it by telephone conference between service technicians of the company Quasnitschka install the ordered spare parts, of course, this was meantime a huge effort. Even the remark of the service technician "Actually knows as only my colleague ..." made us suspicious. Unfortunately, we fell out of the clouds when it came to the calculation, unfortunately we cannot recommend the company Quasnitschka Haustechnik GmbH due to this dealings with customers.

Aber bei einer Reklamation von ca. 300,- bei einem Auftragsvolumen von 14.000,- herumzueiern, wobei ich nicht mehr feststellen kann woher die Störung kam (ich muß mich auf seine Expertise verlassen) und darauf bestehen, finde ich nicht sehr professionell. Anscheinend hat er Folgeaufträge nicht notwendig - Schade eigentlich In and of themselves, the fitters deserve 5 stars, and as far as I can tell, they did a good job. But to fool around with a complaint of approx. 300, - with an order volume of 14,000, - whereby I can no longer determine where the malfunction came from (I have to rely on his expertise) and insist on it, I find it not very professional. Apparently he doesn't need follow-up orders - it's a shame

Mehr stunden geschrieben als er tatsächlich da war und das Problem ist nach wie vor nicht behoben. Würde mir die Firma nicht nochmal kommen lassen. We asked someone from the company to have our gas boiler serviced. What can I say? Written more hours than he was actually there and the problem is still not resolved. Wouldn't let the company come to me again.

Von inkompetent Mitarbeitern im Büro bis hin zum faulen instalateur alles vorhanden Herzlich willkommen in der Dreckigen Abzocker Firma Quasnitschka... For 2 seals and 1 hour of mobile phone play, 200 euros were spent but the bill didn't say what so much money was for. From incompetent employees in the office to lazy installers, everything is available Welcome to the dirty rip-off company Quasnitschka ...

Ein Mitarbeiter kam (20. oder 21. 7.) schaute sich alles an, sagte, dass wir einen Kostenvoranschlag bekommen. Ca. 3 Wochen vergingen, kein Kostenvoranschlag, weder per Post oder E-Mail. Ich habe dann bei der Firma Quasnitschka angerufen und mich erkundigt, was so lange dauert. Habe eine lahme Ausrede erhalten, und dass die Angelegenheit eben an jenen Mitarbeiter weitergeleitet wird. Bis heute haben wir nichts gehört bzw. erhalten. Inzwischen haben wir einer anderen Firma den Auftrag erteilt, die sich ganz hervorragend um alles kümmert. Vielleicht waren wir nur ein Einzelfall, aber für einen potentiellen Kunden macht ein solches Verhalten keinen guten Eindruck. We needed a new heating system as ours is out of date. A member of staff came (July 20th or 21st), looked at everything, said that we would get an estimate. About 3 weeks passed, no cost estimate, neither by post or e-mail. I then called the Quasnitschka company and asked what was taking so long. Got a lame excuse and that the matter will be passed on to that employee. To this day we have not heard or received anything. In the meantime we have placed the order with another company, which takes excellent care of everything. Maybe we were just an isolated incident, but such behavior does not make a good impression on a potential customer.
