 Peter Walter Dienstleistungen GmbH has been cleaning our office in Vienna for many years. The staff are very friendly and do their job thoroughly and to our full satisfaction. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleaning was good but company is chaotic, unreliable and makes constant excuses for staff not showing up and services not being delivered as originally ordered (even with written email confirmation!). My very first question to them was: can my house be cleaned on a SATURDAY. The answer was YES. After this, the company gaslights, changing their story, makes excuses and tries to guilt trip me for staff not being able to work on a Saturday. Sorry but I will not give my house key to a company that I can not build a trust based relationship with after a time of consistent and reliable service. Until then I need someone for Saturdays and will find another company.
