Habe sowohl mit den Ordinationsassistentinnen, also auch mit den Diplomkrankenpflegerinnen und verschiedensten Ärztinnen/Ärzten nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Besonders toll finde ich, dass einige Leistungen vollständig an die DGKPs delegiert werden und ich für Impfungen/Immunisierungen nicht jedes Mal zum Arzt muss. - Das spart mir viel Zeit. Bei Terminvereinbarung vorab per Telefon war ich bis jetzt immer zügig dran und hatte keine langen Wartezeiten. Außerdem zeigt sich das Personal stets freundlich und höflich, auch in stressigen Momenten an stark besuchten Tagen. I am always very satisfied. Have only had good experiences with the assistant professors, including the diploma nurses and various doctors. I find it particularly great that some services are completely delegated to the DGKPs and I do not have to go to the doctor every time for vaccinations / immunizations. - That saves me a lot of time. By appointment in advance by phone, I was always up to speed and had no long waits. In addition, the staff is always friendly and polite, even in stressful moments on busy days.
J	Jelena Kornmüller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit meinem 2 Jahre alten Sohn dort und war sehr sehr zufrieden! Der Arzt hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und ganz genau untersucht! Er hat meinen Kleinen die ganze Zeit mit eingebunden während der Untersuchung und durfte als erster in seinen Hals schauen (durfte bis jetzt noch keiner) . Auch die Damen bei der Anmeldung , sehr freundlich! I was there with my 2 year old son and was very pleased! The doctor has taken a lot of time and studied very carefully! He had my little boy involved the entire time during the examination and was the first to look into his throat (no one was allowed to do it yet). The ladies at the registration, very friendly!
D	Doris Plaß on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich ein sehr ansprechendes Ärztezentrum. Auch die behandelnde Ärztin war sehr nett und freundlich. Leider machten die Damen bei der Patientenaufnahme einen sehr unfreundlichen und unprofessionellen Eindruck. Auch wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass sie nicht mehr genau wussten wer als nächstes dran war. ? Finde es sehr schade, denn ansonsten finde ich das Konzept echt toll. Basically a very attractive medical center. The attending doctor was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the ladies made a very unfriendly and unprofessional impression when taking the patient. Also we have the experience that they did not know exactly who was next. ? Find it a pity, because otherwise I think the concept is really great.
B	Bianca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Damen am "Empfang" sind so dermaßen unfreundlich, uneinfühlsam und frustriert,die haben eindeutig den Beruf verfehlt. Da mein Hausarzt Dr. BINDER in diese Praxis gekommen ist, bin ich dazu gezwungen gewesen ins Pvn zu wechseln. Jedoch muss ich feststellen, dass hier so einiges nicht gut läuft. Einige Jung Ärztinnen verfallen sehr schnell in die Massenabfertigung, teils sehr halbherzig wird sich mit dem Patienten auseinder gesetzt. Auch bei Akuten Beschwerden werden maximal 2 Tage krank geschrieben , sodass man extra wieder reinkommen muss und erneut in der Wartezone für teils 2 Stunden Platz nehmen muss, was bei Krankheit ohnehin schon sehr mühsam ist da man ja eigentlich im Bett liegen sollte nach meinem Verstand nach. Nebenbei setzt man sich selbst und Andre wieder dem Infektionsrisiko aus, was in Zeiten des Coronavirus sicher nicht sehr von Vorteil ist!! Trotz Termins extremst lange Wartezeit, meiner Meinung nach eine falsche Koordinierung der Termine des "Fachpersonal" an der Terminannahme?! The ladies at "reception" are so unfriendly, insensitive and frustrated that they have clearly missed their job. Since my family doctor Dr. BINDER came to this practice, I was forced to switch to Pvn. However, I have to say that some things are not going well here. Some young doctors fall into the mass processing very quickly, sometimes very half-heartedly they deal with the patient. Even in the case of acute complaints, a maximum of 2 days are written off sick, so you have to come back in and have to sit again in the waiting area for 2 hours, which is very tedious when you are sick because you should actually be in bed according to my understanding . By the way, you and Andre expose yourself to the risk of infection again, which is certainly not very beneficial in times of the corona virus! Despite the appointment extremely long waiting time, in my opinion a wrong coordination of the appointments of the "specialist staff" at the appointment acceptance ?!
o	ontherocks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lächerlich das ganze. Selten erreichbar und nie genug Ärzte im Haus. Nach telefonische vereinbarung wartete ich fast 2 Stunden dort und wurde komplett ignoriert. Erst dann kamm die irritierte Dame von Schalter und meinte Ich soll mir einen anderen arzt suchen. The whole thing is ridiculous. Rarely available and never enough doctors in the house. After making an appointment by phone, I waited there for almost 2 hours and was completely ignored. Only then came the irritated lady from the counter and said I should look for another doctor.
K	Kristl Haus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 Sterne geht leider nicht. Verstehen die Damen am Empfang ihre Arbeit? Eher nicht. Für was werden sie bezahlt? Nach einigen Telefonaten und Rezeptbestellung per Mail waren keine Medikamente auf der E-Card gespeichert die aber täglich genommen werden müssen, wegen einer Krankheit. Nach nochmaligen Anruf um die Bitte die Rezepte zu faxen oder persönlich in der Apotheke abzugeben (was sie machen) war wieder nichts und das an einem Freitag. Tolle Arbeit!!!!!!! Unfortunately, 0 stars is not possible. Do the ladies at the reception understand their work? Rather not. What are they paid for? After a few phone calls and ordering a prescription by e-mail, no medication was saved on the e-card but had to be taken every day because of an illness. After another call to ask to fax the prescriptions or to hand them in personally at the pharmacy (which they do) nothing was again and that on a Friday. Good work!!!!!!!

Früher wurdest dort "schief angeschaut" (höflich ausgedrückt),wenn man krank gekommen ist und man keinen Termin hatte (waren in Vertretung von meinem Hausarzt)!! Das nächste Mal soll ich anrufen (ok in 2 Tagen werde ich krank brauche einen Termin, was für ein Schwachsinn)!! Jetzt is es so,die machen "keine" Vertretung mehr für irgendeinen Arzt!!! Wurde heute mit den Worten heimgeschickt( war nicht der einzige),ich solle zu Arzt X gehen,der macht Vertretung für Arzt Y !!! Die lassen dich dort nicht mal ausreden !!!! Also ehrlich die braucht kein Mensch!!! Unnötig und unhöflich I've been wondering what they're there for for a long time!!! You used to be "looked at crookedly" (to put it politely) when you came in sick and didn't have an appointment (were on behalf of my family doctor)!! Next time I should call (ok I'll be sick in 2 days need an appointment, what nonsense)!! Now it's like that, they "no longer" represent any doctor!!! Was sent home today with the words (wasn't the only one), I should go to doctor X, who substitutes for doctor Y! They won't even let you speak there!!!! Honestly, nobody needs them!!! Unnecessary and rude
E	Evelin Riedler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wurde mein 8 jähriger Sohn trotz hohem Fieber, Schwindel, usw. nicht in der Ordination begutachtet, da er möglicherweise an Covid erkrankt sein könnte, obwohl es ein aktuelles Genesungszertifikat gab. Es hieß lediglich ein Arzt wird sich telefonisch melden; was er auch tat, jedoch erst 6 Stunden später. Ich dachte nur enttäuschend, wenn man Hilfe benötigt und dermaßen abgefertigt wird. Unfortunately, my 8-year-old son was not examined in the ordination despite a high fever, dizziness, etc., as he could possibly have contracted Covid, even though there was a current certificate of recovery. It said only a doctor will call; which he did, but only 6 hours later. I just thought disappointing when you need help and are treated like that.
