★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich warte seit mittlerweile 3 (!!!) Wochen auf die Lieferung eines Gesichtsöls, für das ich über 70€ bezahlt habe. Laut Angabe auf der Webseite sollte die Lieferung 1-2 Werktage dauern. Echt ärgerlich!
Edit: Ich habe mich natürlich mehrmals an den Kundenservice gewandt. Heute habe ich eine E-Mail bekommen, dass ich mich selbst an die Post wenden soll.
I have been waiting for the delivery of a facial oil for 3 (!!!) weeks for which I paid over 70 €. According to the information on the website, delivery should take 1-2 working days. Really annoying!
Edit: Of course, I contacted customer service several times. Today I received an email that I should contact the post office myself.
