Ich wurde sehr freundlich kontaktiert und mir wurde schlüssig und nachvollziehbar erklärt, wo genau das Problem lag.
Der Verantwortliche Herr war sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr bemüht gezeigt mein Anliegen und Problem zu lösen. Offenbar handelte es sich bei mir um einen sehr seltenen Einzelfall. Aufgrund der starken Bemühungen und des freundlichen Kontaktes bin ich gerne mehr als gewillt meine 1. Rezension dementsprechend auszubessern - OHNE darum gebeten worden zu sein.
Wenn der kundenfreundliche Umgang weiter so bleibt, kann ich diesen Service absolut epmfehlen!
ALTE Rezension:
Die Aktion genutzt um ein eigenes Etikett drucken zu lassen, für den 30. Geburtstag eines Freundes. Paket kommt an - Etikett für irgend jemandes 18. Geburtstag. Offenbar sind jetzt mehrere Personen entäuscht.
Solution to the problem:
I was contacted in a very friendly manner and I was given a conclusive and comprehensible explanation of exactly what the problem was.
The man in charge was very friendly and tried very hard to solve my concerns and problems. Apparently it was a very rare individual case with me. Due to the strong efforts and the friendly contact, I am more than willing to correct my 1st review accordingly - WITHOUT having been asked to do so.
If the customer-friendly approach continues, I can absolutely miss this service!
OLD Review:
The campaign used to have your own label printed for a friend's 30th birthday. Package arrives - label for someone's 18th birthday. Apparently, several people are now disappointed.
