Everything was perfect, from the friendly welcome by the landlord, the clean, bright and tasteful decor and decor of the apartment, as well as the location in Seefeld.Ich recommend this country house especially.

Sehr schöne, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Extremely tasteful, high quality and well maintained apartment where nothing is missing. Very nice and sympathetic landlord. Short distance to the centre and a supermarket. Very kind and flexible host. No lift, so for those having mobility difficulties, the stairs in the 3-floor house might be challenging. I warmly recommend this place! Viihtyisä, raikas, uusi kohde lähellä keskustaa. Huoneistot ovat tilavia, valoisia ja erinomaisesti varusteltuja, olohuoneesta upeat vuoristo- ja kaupunkinäkymät. Pyykkitupa käytettävissä. Erittäin ystävällinen ja joustava isäntä. Talossa ei ole hissiä, joten huonosti liikkuville kolmikerroksisen rakennuksen rappuset voivat olla haasteelliset. Laundry room available. Very friendly and flexible host. There is no elevator in the house, so the stairs of a three-storey building can be challenging for the disabled. K	Klinik Kids on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schönes, modernes Landhaus in Seefeld. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es riecht sehr angenehm nach Holz. Die Ausstattung ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und sehr hochwertig. Selbst eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen zur freien Nutzung zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist super isoliert, daher war es selbst bei heißen Temperaturen in der Dachgeschosswohnung sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist vollständig mit fernsteuerbaren Rollos ausgestattet. Der Vermieter erzählte uns auch, dass der Eichenparkettboden mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet ist. Sehr schöner Blick, jedoch auch eine ruhige Lage und kurze Wege ins Dorf. Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Sehr zu empfehlen! Very nice, modern country house in Seefeld. The contact with the landlord was very nice and uncomplicated. The apartment was very clean and it smells like wood. The equipment is thought through down to the smallest detail and is of very high quality. Even a washing machine and dryer are available for free use. The house is super insulated, so it was very pleasant in the attic apartment even in hot temperatures. The apartment is fully equipped with remote controlled blinds. The landlord also told us that the oak parquet floor has underfloor heating. Very nice view, but also a quiet location and short distances to the village. The car can be parked in the underground car park. We recommend!

I truly recommend this place to stay. Additional advantages are the views from living room which are breathtaking.
