Gestern durfte ich meinem Vater zu seinem 80igsten Geburtstag mit eben solch einer Ausstellung seiner Bilder überraschen. Es war übrigens seine erste, also ...es ist nie zu spät zu beginnen.
Danke Thomas, es war grandios und die Gäste waren überwältigt.

Yesterday I was allowed to surprise my father for his 80th birthday with just such an exhibition of his pictures. It was his first, by the way, so...it's never too late to start.
