Danke dass ich jetzt wieder ein gutes, starkes und sicher Gefühl spüren kann. After a shoulder operation and then a little discomfort, I managed to do top-level sport again without pain, thanks to comprehensive physiotherapy sessions and regular training. Thanks for being able to feel a good, strong and secure feeling again.

Sehr kompetente Behandlung sowie freundliche und ruhige Ausstrahlung. Zudem sind die Therapieräume top ausgestattet, was ich in vergleichbarer Weise noch bei keinem Therapeuten erleben durfte. Bei einer Verletzung wie meiner bin ich oft im dunklen stehen gelassen worden, jedoch konnte ich nach einem halben Jahr große Fortschritte erzielen und bin einem Jahr nach meinem Unfall wieder beschwerdefrei. An dieser Stelle noch mal: größten Dank. Pretty much one of the most empathetic therapists I've ever met. He took a lot of time for me and that although I did not demand a lot. In an injury like mine, I have often been left in the dark, but I was able to make great progress after half a year and am free of symptoms a year after my accident. At this point again: thank you.

Hatte ziemliche Knieprobleme, sodass ich meinem Hobby - dem Laufen - nicht mehr nachgehen konnte. Durch Tobias Behandlung und Übungen vor, während und nach dem Laufen, sowie einigen Aufbauübungen in seinem Fitnessstudio, konnte ich mein gesetztes Jahresziel nicht nur erreichen, sondern sogar mehrmals übertreffen. Through Tobias treatment and exercises before, during and after running, as well as some build-up exercises in his fitness studio, I was not only able to achieve my annual goal, but even exceed it several times. Ich hab mir in der Jugend beim Fußball mein linkes Knie mehrmals schwer verletzt (2x Kreuzband, 2x Meniskus), dadurch hatte ich fast täglich Probleme bei längeren Autofahrten oder auch bei leichten Wanderungen. Schlussendlich entschied ich mich im Sommer 2018 bei Tobias anzufragen, ob er mein Knie wieder so hinbiegen konnte, dass ich nicht nur beschwerdefrei bin, sondern auch wieder ernsthaft Sport betreiben kann. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der ersten Behandlung hat er mein Problem im Knie erkannt und nach der vierten Stunde war ich wieder dazu im Stande Laufen zu gehen, etwas das seit Jahren nicht mehr 100% schmerzfrei funktioniert hat. Nachdem mein Knie relativ schnell wieder gut & schmerzfrei belastbar war, habe ich bei Tobias auch das Angebot von Personal Training wahrgenommen und erzielte auch sehr schnell merkbare Resultate. Anfang September habe ich in Oberndorf beim Spartan Race teilgenommen und konnte komplett schmerzfrei den Lauf beenden - ohne Tobias wäre das Niemals möglich gewesen. In my youth, when I was soccer, my left knee was injured several times (2x cruciate ligament, 2 meniscus), which caused me almost daily problems with longer car rides or easy hikes. Finally, in the summer of 2018, I decided to ask Tobias if he could bend my knee back so that I am not only free of complaints but can also do serious sports again. Within 10 minutes of the first treatment, he recognized my problem in the knee and after the fourth hour, I was able to walk again, something that has not worked 100% painless for years. After my knee was able to recover well and painlessly relatively quickly, I also saw the offer of personal training at Tobias and achieved very noticeable results. At the beginning of September, I participated in the Spartan Race in Oberndorf and finished the race completely painless - without Tobias this would never have been possible. Therefore again a big thank you for the countless tips and the treatment!
