Einige Male im Therapieverlauf stellte sie mir Fragen, bei denen ich dachte: "Das ist doch eigentlich der Kern der Sache…Warum bin ich nicht selbst darauf gekommen?" Hier fingen dann oft meine die Gedanken- und Veränderungsprozesse an. Sie machte mir meine eigenen Probleme dadurch bewusst. Bei Frau Rastoka gibt es von Beginn an klar formulierte Regeln, was ich gut finde weil es Halt und Orientierung gibt und man daran merkt, dass sie selbst gut strukturiert und verlässlich ist. Im Nachhinein möchte ich Frau Rastoka für ihre Leistungen sehr danken! Therapy with Ms. Rastoka has helped me to overcome my psychological problems. She is very empathetic, responded exactly to my problems and thoughts. Several times in the course of the therapy, she asked me questions where I thought: "That's actually the essence of the matter ... Why didn't I figure it out myself?" This is where my thought and change processes often started. It made me aware of my own problems. Right from the start, Ms. Rastoka has clearly formulated rules, which I think is good because it provides support and orientation and you can tell that she herself is well structured and reliable. In retrospect, I would like to thank Ms. Rastoka for her achievements!

Ich habe schon sehr viele negative Erfahrungen im Gesundheitswesen machen müssen und immer wieder erlebt, dass es meistens um schnelles Geld und schnelle Abfertigung der Patienten geht. Hier habe ichmich nach langer Zeit als wertvoller Mensch behandelt gefühlt. Auch wenn ich natürlich sehr froh bin, das es mir wieder gut geht, war der "Abschied" garnicht so leicht, aber auch dieser wurde mir mit den Worten, das die Türe für mich jederzeit offen steht falls ich wieder Hilfe brauche, sehr erleichtert. After a long time I felt treated as a valuable person here. Even though I'm of course very happy that I'm fine again, the "farewell" was not that easy, but this was also made a lot easier for me with the words that the door is always open for me if I need help again.
