Die Dame am Telefon sagte zu mir, dass Sie die Polizei anrufen wird paar sekunden nachdem abheben sowas.... Ich gehe davon aus, dass Sie mich mit einem anderen Anrufer verwechselt hat, oder sie ist selbst auf Fachärztliche Hilfe angewiesen.. I called there for the first time today, just said hello, just wanted to talk. The lady on the phone said to me that you will call the police a few seconds after you pick up something like that ... I assume that she mistook me for another caller, or she is dependent on specialist help herself ..
E	Elfriede Potter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin leider herablassend, ungeduldig und ziemlich unsensibel behandelt worden. Das braucht man nicht wenn man gerade eine psychische Krise hat. Die Leute dort wirken aber auch überlastet. Es gibt scheinbar mehr Nachfrage als Angebot für psychatrische/psychotherapeutische Betreuung in Wien. Unfortunately, I was treated condescendingly, impatiently and quite insensitively. You don't need that if you are in a psychological crisis. But the people there also seem overloaded. There is apparently more demand than supply for psychiatric / psychotherapeutic care in Vienna.
r	rebecca Glück on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unhöflich ungeduldig und herablassend. Es werden Medikamente über Jahre verschrieben ohne körperliche Check up und ohne gescheite Diagnose. Bitte gehen Sie nie ohne Zeugen dort hin. Auch insbehandlungszimmer.es geschehen dort unglaubliche menschenrechtsverletzungen. 3 Personen haben sich dort in Behandlung befindliche innerhalb eines Jahres suizidiert.diese Einrichtung zielt darauf ab Patienten mit Medikamenten mundtot zu machen und ihnen jede Perspektive zu nehmen. Very rude impatient and condescending. Medicines are prescribed for years without a physical check-up and without a proper diagnosis. Please never go there without a witness. There are also unbelievable human rights violations in the treatment room. 3 people who are being treated there have suicided within one year. This facility aims to muzzle patients with medication and to deprive them of all prospects.
N	No identity on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es kommt natürlich auf den Bezirk drauf an, aber insgesamt habe ich sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht, die meisten dort sind sehr freundlich und man merkt, dass sie wirklich helfen wollen (auch wenn man sein Anliegen manchmal genauer formulieren muss bzw. ein bisschen hartnäckig sein bei seinen Wünschen). Ich fühle mich sehr gut dort wo ich jetzt bin, ernst genommen, respektiert, in guten Händen! Bin sehr dankbar für die Hilfe! Of course, it depends on the district, but overall I've had very good experiences, most of them are very friendly and you can tell that they really want to help (even if you sometimes have to formulate your concerns more precisely or be a bit persistent with his wishes). I feel very good where I am now, taken seriously, respected, in good hands! I am very grateful for the help!

Kompetent notfallsbetreut telefonisch. In my work as a pedagogue/early supporter, I referred a mother there by telephone...because it was an acute emergency... She was given emergency care very quickly and competently by telephone.
V	V G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dank den PSD und deren Therapie Angeboten konnte ich mit viel Geduld und Unterstützung wieder Stabilität in mein Leben bringen. Ich kann die Therapeut*innen mit ruhigem Gewissen empfehlen. Auch in Notfällen gibt es die Möglichkeit für Krisen Gespräche. Während dem ersten Lockdown empfand ich es zusätzlich als sehr große Unterstützung, dass Therapie Einheiten am Telefon angeboten wurden. Nach zirka zwei Jahren therapeutischer Behandlung fühle ich mich noch immer sehr gut bei den PSD aufgehoben! Vielen Dank! :) Thanks to the PSD and their therapy offers, I was able to bring stability back into my life with a lot of patience and support. I can recommend the therapists with a clear conscience. Crisis talks are also available in emergencies. During the first lockdown, I also found it very supportive that therapy sessions were offered over the phone. After about two years of therapeutic treatment, I still feel that I am in very good hands with the PSD! Thanks very much! :)

Ich habe schon im Gespräch meine Sichtweise ändern können. Ich kann diese Einrichtung sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe. I was looking for help here and got it.
